Pascal holds a Master of Science in Space Engineering from the University of Bremen. He gained extensive practical experience through various activities in industry and research. At the renowned technology group ArianeGroup, he worked for almost 2 years in the upper stage development of the Ariane 6 rocket and a demonstration project for cryogenic propellant tanks made of carbon. In his professional career, systems engineering and project management have been recurring fields of activity. He took on personnel responsibility early on and led student project teams with up to 15 members. Pascal brings a keen eye for the big picture and structured management to his role as Business Lead at Finite Air.

Tobi holds a Master of Science in Space Engineering from the University of Bremen. In his career, he draws on years of experience in design and simulation. His focus has always been on lightweight construction and composite materials. He has designed parts for BMW in the high-performance areas of Formula E and DTM. Additionally, Tobi has extensive experience in the areas of software architecture and product development. Most recently, he worked for the aerospace company ArianeGroup as a test engineer for the upper stage of the Ariane 6 rocket. As Tech Lead, Tobi is responsible for the design of our optimized drone frames and other technical challenges.
